BayFirst is the prime contractor for the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Section 508 Program Management Office. Our consultants provide program planning, policy development, process creation and oversight, national and local meeting facilitation, training, briefings, and cross agency collaboration. We are engaged in VHA-wide collaboration to bring together more than 100 disparate teams to establish the concept of operations, policy underpinnings, reporting structures, and feedback mechanisms within the agency. We perform, monitor, and advise on organizing, planning, overseeing and administering technical tasks, testing software for compliance with Section 508, and creating and providing training. All work is geared to ensure that program tasks and outcomes conform to the legal requirements of Section 508 and apply the best practices adopted by the VA, other federal agencies, and industry experts.
