Robert W. Rice, President and Managing Partner
Rob, a technical professional with 14 years of consulting experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Booz Allen Hamilton, brings his expertise as an e-business, instructional systems design and disabilities consultant. Armed with an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology and certifications in PeopleSoft and Instructional Systems Design, Rob brings his technical and business acumen to address complex business problems. He is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants and the Society for Human Resources Management. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the NTID Foundation.
Elliot D. Rosen, Vice-President and Managing Partner
Elliot brings 27 years of strategic leadership in government, technology and management consulting to the team. Elliot has had central roles winning, organizing and leading large-scale, complex assignments in telecommunications, information technology, healthcare and election process reform. He is a member of the International Council on Systems Engineering. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Maryland School for the Deaf, the Board of Associates at Gallaudet University and is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Liz Lerman Dance Exchange. Before forming BayFirst with Rob, Elliot was a partner and vice president of Booz Allen Hamilton, one of the world’s top management and technology consulting firms.
