Industrial Security Manager
Provides management oversight, direction, and hands-on execution of all aspects of a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility at a government location.
Essential Duties:
- Analyze complex physical security issues and provides cost-effective recommendations that meet policy requirements.
- Determine if facilities meet requirements for Facility (SCIF) accreditation via site security surveys.
- Review and analyze security applications.
- Ensure compliance with DCID 6/9, Physical Security Standards for SCIFs, and DoD standards for collateral areas.
- Prepare the Fixed Facility Checklist and drawings supporting the accreditation process.
- Conducts risk management surveys and make recommendations.
- Investigate and prepare impact statements and then make recommendations on security violations.
- Updates and maintains appropriate records of accredited SCIFs.
Qualifications:
- TS/SCI security clearance Required.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a SCIF manager or deputy.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and to develop and deliver concise-executive level reports and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct security reviews of SCIFs and collateral areas and to review results and make recommendations.
- Demonstrated, knowledge of applicable DCID, DOD, and Executive Order standards.
- Ability to provide guidance in security measures and requirements, and knowledgeable in risk management assessment and reviews.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Organized and able to quickly prioritize work.
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and respond to quick turn-around requests.
